Two Iraqi Thinkers Hail Riyadh International Book Fair As Important Window for Arab Culture
Two Iraqi thinkers participating in the Riyadh International Book Fair 2024, organized by the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Authority, emphasized the importance of the fair in bringing together intellectuals and writers from Arab countries and around the world as a significant window into Arab culture, not just Saudi culture.
Specialist in critical Arab studies, Abdullah Ibrahim, stated that the Riyadh International Book Fair is one of the Kingdom's prominent cultural landmarks that redefines its identity and rediscovers its heritage through a variety of rich cultural events featuring diverse topics and guests.
Encyclopedic researcher Said Al-Ghanimi expressed his happiness at participating in the Riyadh International Book Fair, which he considers one of the most important book fairs in the Arab world.
The Riyadh International Book Fair 2024 opened on September 26 and will run until October 5, welcoming visitors from 11:00 a.m. to midnight, except on Fridays from 2:00 p.m.
